Truehly Divine Policies
Thank you for choosing Truehly Divine. To provide every client with the highest quality service and maintain a smooth schedule, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will have their appointment cancelled and may be required to reschedule. This allows me to stay on schedule for all clients.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee and may require a deposit before booking future appointments.
Nail Removal
If you currently have acrylic, hard gel, builder gel, dip powder, Gel-X, or any other nail enhancement that needs to be removed, you must book a removal service when scheduling your appointment. Failure to book adequate time for removal may result in your appointment being shortened, modified, or rescheduled.
Foreign Work
For the health of your natural nails and to ensure the quality of my work, I do not work over another nail technician’s enhancements. Any existing product applied by another technician must be completely removed before a new set or fill can be performed.
Repairs
If you experience lifting or a break due to workmanship, please contact me within 3 days of your appointment. Repairs after this timeframe or damage caused by everyday wear, accidents, or improper care may incur a repair fee.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of nail services, refunds are not offered. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 3 days so I can discuss a possible solution.
Health & Safety
Please notify me before your appointment if you have any nail infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions affecting your hands or feet. Services may be declined if they could compromise your health or the safety of others.
Payment
Payment is due at the completion of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the salon.
